Full HETAS-certified installation: chimney survey, liner and register plate, hearth and air supply, smoke test and commissioning certificate for your insurer. Dust sheets down, boots off, room left cleaner than we found it.

Kiln-dried hardwood under 20% moisture, delivered in nets. Wet wood is the single biggest cause of black glass and blocked flues, so we only sell what we would burn ourselves.

How it goes
The call
Tell us about the room, the chimney and what you'd like it to look like. Two minutes on the phone usually tells us most of it.
The survey
We visit, measure, check the flue and talk through stove options and hearth choices. You get a fixed written price.
The install
Usually a single day. Sheets down, liner in, stove set, smoke tested and signed off with your HETAS certificate.
The first fire
We light it with you, show you how to run it clean, and leave you a free load of logs to get going.
